Based on what GN have offered, and many systems running for oil sludge treatment, we have summarised a standard system design, the whole flow chart as below:

Well this seems too complicate for many clients, and some clients may already got some equipment, in this process, before or after this process, what they will need is just some equipment to optimise their existing design.

This system we recently sent to Brunei is this type, they already got most of the staff they need, well need some process to minimise the solids waste before next step.

So here we go, a basic system for them: a shale shaker, decanter centrifuge, plus needed pumps and dosing unit to add chemical.

Oil Sludge Treatment Decanter Centrifuge Features

1. Bowl material adopts duplex stainless steel 2205 or 2304 with centrifugal casting technology for to make the bowl material much denser and better dynamic balance during actual operation.

2. Tungsten carbide plate or bushing installed on screw propeller, slurry distribution port and solids discharge port for protection purpose, so that to achieve a long service life.

3. Explosion proof certified motor and electric control panel are used for safety consideration when involving in the flammable oily sludge treatment.
