GNPS series balanced elliptical shale shaker is the  fourth generation patented shale shaker introduced by GN and Southwest Petroleum University. It is the top advanced shale shaker in the world.  

      ● In 2009,This Shaker research project got approval from National Technology Commission and gets the “National Technology Progress” Award.        

      ● GNPS balanced elliptical shale shaker designed from uneven diameter principle, and applied patent successfully; comparing with oversea famous companies’ even diameter principle, both theoretically and practically, GN patented shaker is better.                

      ● For treating the oil drilling fluids, the balanced elliptical motion shaker is 20%-30% bigger then linear motion shaker, discharging speed is 10%-20% faster; For resisting the “screen stuck”, “screen paste” “horseshoe effect” ,the balanced elliptical motion shaker is much more effective.

We assembly different size hydrocyclones for different flow rate requirement. For example, GNZJ63-3 mud cleaner ,240m3/h, we use 2x 12” desander cone and 12x 4” desilter cone with a GNZS63-3 underflow shaker. Its screen area is 2.4m2(25.8 FT2) which has better performance than small shaker.

 A hydrocyclone is a device to classify/separate or sort particles in a liquid suspension based on the densities of the particles.

 Polyurethane(PU) Hydrocyclone is a special abrasion resistant polyurethane which under certain conditions can give three times more life than rubber. GN usually use 4 inch cone for desilter, 10 inch cone for desander.

 A hydrocyclone has two exits on the axis: the smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and a larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction.

GNTJ60 Mud Cleaner is the smallest mud cleaner in GNZJ&GNPJ series mud cleaner. Its treating capacity is less than 60m3/h(equal to 264GPM), it adopts 4pcs 4″ desilter cone and 1pc 8″ desander cone, it depends on the exact treating capacity you required. The cone number can be customized, for example,4″ desilter cones =12~15 m³/h,  once you less a cone, the treating capacity will less 12~15 m³/h, so you can dicede by yourself.

ZQJ300S desander is the largest desander in GN ZQJ series desander, its treating capacity is 240m3/h(equal to 1056GPM), it adopts 1~2pcs 12″ desander cone, 12″ cone =120m3/h, it means that if you choose one 12″ cone, the treating capacity of the desander is 120m3/h, if you choose 2pcs 12″ cone, the treating capacity is 240m3/h. It can be customized.

It can separate 47~76 μm particles, the screen area is 1.0m2. If there is no “S” in the model No., it means no under fluids shaker. Our Kuwait clients have bought 5 sets of desander and desilter but without under fluids shaker.
