According to the customer’s working condition and requirement, the system can be made into skid mounted or trailer mounted. The system mainly consists of the course shale shaker, desander, desilter, decanter centrifuge for 3 to 6 stages of separation according to customer’s needs. The working process is like this: the dredged slurry pumped from the pit or river tunnel, first the slurry will go through the scalping shale shaker, the solids like the trash, can, leaves, stone and so on will be separated from the slurry and the slurry will drop to a tank, then the slurry will be sucked by the centrifugal to the desander, and desilter’s hydrocyclone, in the hydrocyclone, the solids from 20-60 microns will be separated and discharged and then dropped to the vibrating screens for further drying. The cleaner slurry will go into another tank then be pumped into the decanter centrifuge, and the solids over 2 microns will be separated and the cleaner slurry will be discharged to the system. If possible, there could be another chemical decanter centrifuge to separate the solids close to zero microns. If you can’t supply that, we will need detailed drawings with dimension, photos or even screen samples.  We can do both the framed screen or strip hooked screen, for the framed screen, you will need to let us know you need the composite or metal frame. Now we suggest our customers using the composite instead of the metal frame, cause it’s more endurable, corrosion resistant, greater non-blank area and lighter. Now GN’s number 2 factory has been into production which can manufacture 5000 pieces of screens per month. So there is no problem for delivery. For the strip hooked screens, especially for replacement DERRICK screen, you need to let us know you need the pyramid or flat surface screen. And for the screen you need, you’d better give us the API number or the ASTM or ISO standard mesh number or the cut point. Mud cleaning system is two main parts, the storage mud tank on below and many machines serve as purify the drilling fluid, which get rid of the solid debris in drilling fluid. The mud tanks which store drilling fluid are divided into circulation tanks and store tanks. The 3rd level of purification
the drilling fluid is disposed by two levels, mud purification enters into the desander.  Through the desander feed into the liquid pump, the harmful sold phase which the diameter is above 40-60um is separated in desander.

The 4th level of purification
the drilling fluid is disposed by the three level purification enter into the desilter through the desilter feed into the liquid pump, the harmful sold phase which the diameter is above 15-40um is separated in desilter.

The 5th level of purification

1). Desander (Drying Shaker not equipped):
