First stage for solids control & purification
Shale shaker is widely known as a solids control equipments used in drilling projects. It is a very basic equipment that could separate the drilling cutting more than 250 microns by fine mesh screens. During this stage, actually, the solids control and purificaion happens at the same time. Just as its name implies, solids control is separate the solids from the fluids, while the drilling cutting and other large size impurities being separated, the drilling mud is purified.

 Centrifugal Pump with Control Panel
Shortly before,we sent one set SB6x5-12 centrifugal pump with control panel to our Indonesia customer. They are a drilling company, and have their mud recycling system on their work site. After find our products from the internet website, they contact with us and plan to have a try for our products. Happend to that they need a charge pump for their 44OHP mud pump. After some communication on the phone and through the mail, and their once visit to our factory, they placed the order.
This set SB6x5-12 centrifugal pump is consist of Pump head, 37KW electric motor, independent control box. All the parts are mounted on a skid. Comparing with our usual installation, we did’t weld the the control panel fixed on the skip, but bolt it so that it could be uninstalled easily.

GN brand decanter centrifuge is a separation equipments used in the drilling mud recycling system. In this period of time, we have sent many sets of this type centrifuge to USA, Latin America and other area of the wrold.
Decanter centrifuge always used in the large system like the mud recycling system matching the drilling rig for oil & gas, geothermal etc. It is used as the 4th stage equipment to treat the drilling mud feeded by a submersible pump from the desilter tank compartment. Under normal condition, the centrifuge could separate the solids particals with the size of 7 microns. If a high speed variable frequency centrifuge is taken into application, even partical with size 2 microns could be removed out.

Here the problem come out. In the complete 4 stage treatment process, from shale shaker to mud cleaner (a combination of desander and desilter), then to decanter centrifuge, the solid particals separated from the mud is more and more smaller. So, customer often learn our centrifuge according to the partical size. It is a fact that the decanter centrifuge have a good performance in separating the tiny particals, but when it is working, the most important factor is the density of the particals and medium, rather than the partical size. And the density difference should be relative bigger. Once a customer who want to use this type centrifuge to separate microbes with size from 2 microns to 20 microns cultivated in water. Trip tank is a component of the auxiliary tank system for the drilling mud recycling system. It is shaped as a small metal tank which equiped with liquid-level gauge. Concerning the capacity of trip tank, we could find 2 statements: one is 10 to 15 barrels with 1-barrel divisions, and the other is 20-40 barrels with 1 bbl divisions. Whatever, it is a certain that the trip tank capacity is depended on the maximum well depth and the drill string size.

Since the small volume, the mud surface height change is clear came to know when the mud flow rate changing. Therefore, trip tank is used to monitor the well. There are several operations that we can use the trip tank to monitor the well as follows;
1. When the drill string comes out of the hole, a volume of mud equal to that which the drill pipe occupied while in the hole must be pumped into the hole to replace the pipe.
2. When the drill string goes back in the hole, the drill pipe displaces a certain amount of mud, and a trip tank can be used again to keep track of this volume.

These 5 shakers are adopting fine shaker screens. Then they won’t request desander, desilter. But use one set centrifuge. This save much power input give more simple structure, and higher reliability.

Can not at present. We have tandem shale shaker which is combination of 2 sets of shale shaker, they are mounted in one skid, so it is convenient for transportation. Only a few clients need such top& bottom type 2 deck shaker, it is not popular trend in the market, so we did not have existing design. Geothermal wells are wells which tap into the natural geothermal energy found beneath the Earth’s crust. There are a number of different types which can be utilized in various ways, ranging from wells which connect to sources of steam which can be used to power turbines to wells utilized in geothermal heat pumps, which maintain stable indoor temperatures with the use of a recirculating water system. Most of the world’s geothermal wells are found in areas of increased geological activity.

Like other types of wells, geothermal wells are created by drilling into the Earth’s surface and then sinking in well rings to keep the hole from collapsing. Production wells are geothermal wells which connect to sources of geothermal energy, while injection wells are designed to force water underground for the purpose of maintaining a steady supply of water in the geothermal system.
Some geothermal drillers use AIR drilling for Geothermal but they will have to use drilling mud when we encounter water and the air won’t lift the water anymore. Then drillers will have requirement for mud recycling and solids control.
