GN developed a new mud recycling system GN1400gpm drilling fluids recycling system. We have already mature design for GN200gpm, GN400gpm, GN500gpm, GN700gpm, GN800gpm and GN1000gpm mud recycling system, but the existing design is not finalized, we are still developing and updated them according to the feedback from the drilling site, their feedback is essential for us to make the system more practical and high cost performance.

Main Benefits of GN 1400GPM drilling fluids recycling

  • Cost effective method of re-cycling drilling muds.
  • Reduces cost of supplying fresh mud.

1)Flexible feeding of mud from mud pit to Shale Shaker.

2)Pre-screening of the returned mud using 3 Ea BEM Shale Shaker.

3)Secondary and third cleaning of the returned mud using a Mud Cleaner.

4)Fourth cleaning of the returned mud using a Decanter Centrifuge.

5)Integral mixing system using Jet Mud mixer.

6)Integral charge pump to supply clean mud back to the drilling rig.

7)Required Generator 350~400Kva.
